We know visiting a new dental office comes with lots of questions—and we’re here to make everything clear, easy, and welcoming. Here are answers to some of the most common questions families ask us at Chompers.

Yes—we accept all “open” dental insurance plans. These allow you to visit any dentist of your choice. Traditional indemnity insurance is one example of an open plan.
We are not in-network with any PPO or DMO plans, but that doesn’t mean you can’t see us. In fact, many families still receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network care—especially with Delta Dental and similar plans.
Our insurance team will provide a written estimate for your child’s treatment, including:
- Total treatment cost
- Expected insurance coverage
- Estimated out-of-pocket amount
We also submit all claims on your behalf, and we’re happy to help you understand how your specific plan works.
Don’t worry—we’re here to help you make sense of it. Many dental plans, including Delta Dental, still provide reimbursement for out-of-network care, and we’ll help you get the most from your benefits.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and American Express.
We have parking available on both sides of the building for your convenience.
Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate family scheduling. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll help coordinate your kids’ appointments together.
